DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

FOR THE CITY OF CALISTOGA

Thank you for your interest in the City of Calistoga’s Down Payment Assistance Program.

To be considered for a loan through the City’s Down Payment Assistance Program, a borrower must complete the enclosed loan application form and submit it to the City. The City cannot commence its review of your application until ALL of the information listed at the bottom of Page 4 of the application is received. A non-refundable application fee of $400.00 is due at the time the loan application is submitted.

Information provided by the borrower on the loan application form will be used to determine the borrower’s eligibility for the program. The borrower will be notified in writing of the City’s determination.
