I applied and was accepted a few years ago but the realtor could not find anything that would meet the requirements, ie. Unincorporated areas for under 300,000. Now there are a lot, and I still have low income. But did my application expire even though I was not able to find anything until now? I know that applications are not taken anymore, but what about those that already applied, and could not find a home tht met the requirments until now?
