Hi Erin,

Unfortunately, if your application has expired, you would have to apply again. If there are no funds available at this time you may have to look into other options. There are still several down payment assistance programs available in the state of California. If you would like, shoot me an email or give me a call and we can talk about your specific situation.

I know that applications are not taken anymore, but what about those that already applied, and could not find a home tht met the requirments until now? I applied and was accepted a few years ago but the realtor could not find anything that would meet the requirements, ie. Unincorporated areas for under 300,000. Now there are a lot, and I still have low income. But did my application expire even though I was not able to find anything until now?
