First-Time Homebuyer Program
The First Time Homebuyer Program provides up to a maximum of $30,000 in financial assistance to qualified low- and moderate-income borrowers for the purchase of their first home. The City’s loan can be used toward down payment and/or closing costs. Eligible households are those with combined gross incomes at or below 120 percent of the area income, adjusted by household size.
