The City of San Pablo First-Time Homebuyer Program
$1,500,000 available November 10th
Loans are available on first come, first-fund basis.
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Pablo’s First-Time Homebuyers Program offers up to $200,000 for the purchase of a home in the City of San Pablo to low, and moderate-income, first-time homebuyers.
Qualified applicants who successfully purchase a home will be required to pay back this loan when the property is sold, transferred, or 30 years after purchase, whichever comes first. Minimum credit score is 620 to be considered.

Please be advised that funds are currently not available for the CalHOME program that waived the buyer equity for low-income households. We apologize for any inconvenience. Persons of low-incomes may still apply. In addition, program is not eligible for CalHFA loans.

Homes located in Richmond, Montalvin Manor, Tara Hills, El Sobrante, Rollingwood are not elegible as they are not located within the City of San Pablo.
