The First Time Home Buyers Program consists of a $50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand dollar) down-payment assistance, zero percent interest loan that is forgiven after 20 years. The program takes into account family size, family income, citizenship/ permanent residency requirements, as well as a maximum property price of $494,000.00 (Four Hundred Ninety Four-thousand).
