    I am looking for 1st time homebuying assistance to purchase foreclosed property to live in in Contra Costa Countt, preferably in Antioch, Richmond, or El Sobrante,Ca. I do not have the best of credit but have a steady source of income.

    Thank you for your question Rev. Milton, most first time home buyer programs take into consideration the fact that buyers do not have perfect credit.

    The only way to know for sure is to complete an application for financing and see what programs are available once all the facts are available.
